09. How do I find a mediator?

If you want to use mediation, you can contact a mediator of your choice and ask for an appointment. Your solicitor will be able to give you details of local mediators. If you think you may be able to get mediation paid for by the Community Legal Service, you must choose a mediator who can do this kind of work.
