Our Criminal Law Department deals with the full range of criminal offences and our lawyers are available on an emergency basis for people in custody 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  We believe that everyone accused of a crime has the right to a strong, committed defence.

We can provide representation at both the police station and at court and will handle the case from start to finish.  If you are being questioned at a police station in connection with any crime, you should ask for a legal representative to be contacted on your behalf. This service is free to everyone and is not means tested. Asking for Atter Mackenzie by name will ensure that a specialist solicitor or Accredited Police Station Representative will promptly speak to you before attending the police station to assist you in any interview.

If you are charged with an offence we can advise you further and arrange for your representation at the Magistrates' Court, Crown Court or at any appeal.
