Louise Barrett

Louise Barrett joined the firm in 2001 and is currently a member of our Wills & Probate and Employment Teams. She is a Solicitor with previous experience within our Criminal, Family and Civil Litigation departments.

Louise deals with all aspects of Estate planning and Administration including the preparation of Wills, applications for Grants of Probate, the preparation of Estate Accounts and the distribution of assets. She is also able to assist clients with various types of Power of Attorney, including making applications to register Lasting Powers with the Office of the Public Guardian.

Louise's Employment Law experience extends to dealing with a variety of matters including advising employees in relation to issues such as grievance and disciplinary procedures, advising in connection with unfair and wrongful dismissal, redundancy and professional regulation issues such as those involving POVA and the NMC.
